Real weather satellites don't just report the weather.They change it.

You may increase by 10, or decrease by 4 ,the power of any Hurricane,Rain or Frogs.or Tonado,You may increase by 4, or decrease by 3,the power of any other Attack to Destory(including Disasters) agaist any Place except Space ones.

The Satellite gets two action tokens,but may not use them in the same attack.
